Big Lunch Blues was performed by Joe "Twat" Butler, long-time bassist with the Kid Thomas band, who invented rapping in the 1930s. Big Lunch was never the same twice, so you take your pick!
It seems that nickname had something to do with the way he parted his hair. About half the writing about Joe says that his nickname is unprintable; the other half, they just go ahead and print it. Perhaps they don't know what it means, but I'm hoping for a Parental Advisory sticker here.
Charlie DeVore always called him "Officer Twat." It's only proper.
